Introducing Unified Analytics: see your entire business on one page
If you manage a venue, you know the routine. You log in to check how things are going, and before you have a clear answer, you have already jumped between different pages, reset filters, and tried to compare charts that do not quite match.
That is exactly what we set out to fix.
With TMRWLABS Unified Analytics Dashboard v1.3.0, analytics is now designed around one simple idea: everything you need, in one place, with one filter that updates the entire view.
Why we built this
In conversations with venue teams and operators, a consistent theme kept emerging: they wanted to understand performance quickly, but the experience felt fragmented. WiFi and network metrics lived in one place, while other signals, front-of-house sales, integrations, listings, and context like weather or online presence, were scattered elsewhere. The result was lost momentum and unnecessary friction when trying to explain what was happening, especially across multiple locations.
Unified Analytics is our answer to that problem. It brings the experience together and makes it feel obvious. We took inspiration from best in class analytics products like Shopify, not to copy the look, but to match the clarity and flow people expect from modern dashboards.
What is new in Unified Analytics
A single unified analytics view
Instead of separating WiFi and network analytics, front of sales analytics, and integrations and listings analytics into different pages, Unified Analytics combines them into one continuous, scrollable dashboard. All sections share the same logic and the same filtering approach.
The result is simple. You stop spending time reconstructing the same view again and again, and you start seeing the full story in one glance. The release brief estimates this reduces time to insight by around 80 percent by removing page switching and repeated filter setup.
Filter once and everything updates
Unified Analytics introduces a global filtering system. You choose a date range, locations, or time periods once, and every chart and metric updates across the entire dashboard.
This is especially useful for teams managing more than one venue. It also helps eliminate those moments where two charts look like they are telling different stories, simply because they were filtered differently. The brief notes this can save 15 to 20 clicks per analysis session.
A dashboard designed for real daily checks
Unified Analytics is built to support the way operators actually work. You can scan key performance areas quickly, then scroll deeper when something looks off. The dashboard brings together the core views people rely on, including connection trends, peak business hours, customer segments like new versus returning visitors, top performing locations, visitor patterns, sales analytics, and integration performance.
It is designed to make quick morning reviews and fast problem spotting feel natural, rather than like a research project.
Clearer connection trends, with new vs returning built in
Connection trend charts now make it easier to understand what is driving change. Total connections are shown over time, with clear separation between new and returning visitors, plus trend indicators and percentage changes.
For marketing and growth teams, this removes guesswork. You can see whether results are coming from fresh traffic, stronger retention, or a mix of both, and react faster.
Context that explains why performance changed
Unified Analytics also brings in contextual insights like weather data, Google My Business analytics, and third party integration metrics, displayed alongside your connection data.
That means less manual cross checking and fewer spreadsheets. Instead of asking “what happened” and stopping there, you can more easily explore “why did it happen” using the same screen.
Faster, smoother, and easier to use everywhere
Along with the new experience, this release includes practical upgrades that improve day to day use. The dashboard refreshes automatically every five minutes, supports quick export of the data you are viewing, and is optimized for mobile and tablet monitoring. It also includes performance improvements that reduce page load time, accessibility enhancements aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA, saved filter presets, and customizable sections so users can show or hide the metrics they care about most.
Getting started
Unified Analytics is meant to be intuitive from the first time you open it.
Start with a filter at the top, choose the time period and locations you want to review, then scroll through the dashboard to see the full performance story in one place. If you have a view you use often, save it as a preset. When you need to share findings, export what you are seeing with your current filter context.
Unified Analytics is built to help venue teams move faster, stay aligned, and make confident decisions without digging through multiple pages.
See everything that matters, on one page.
